Pastor Leni stressed the need for Christians to be joyful always in all circumstances, pray continually without ceasing, and be grateful at all times and at any circumstances as this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
She shared the story of the early church and the persecutions they faced but still didn’t stop praying, rejoicing or giving thanks to God.
“It is easy to be rejoicing when we are in the midst of celebration” Pastor Leni said. She encouraged the church to rejoice at all time, through faith in Christ, both at the good and bad moments. (Philippians 4:4)
On prayer, she encouraged the church to pray constantly for our spiritual transformation, to make our petitions known to God and for God’s will be done in our lives. (Matt 7:7).
We are to place our faith on God, knowing that all the instructions God has given to us is mainly for our good.
The church was filled to its usual capacity as Pastor Leni taught on “God’s Instruction” taking the reading from the book of 1 Thessalonians 5:16-24.
